@@YakFishField i just batter and fry up like walleye or panfish. Just gotta get the y bones out which isn't that hard once you get the hang of it. Otherwise you can grind it up, chop up some onions and peppers, seasoning, an egg, and then a mixture of crushed cheezits and panko/flour and make patties.

That's been my experience my whole life. Here in the south at least. Largemouths hate that spinner bait. Doesn't matter what size they are, they attack it. I've caught more fish on spinnerbait than any thing else regardless of light and water conditions.

Serious question, I just bought a 12’ kayak and built a rack for my truck, how the hell do you load an 80lb 12’ kayak alone? Without dragging the shit out of it?

Carry it on top of your head with the weight centered, and put one end on the back going toward the front. Then scoot it forward. Once its up there its easier to adjust to get it ready for the road. If you're worried about the rack itself scraping up the kayak put some foam or something on it but I made a rack out of 2×4s and it doesn't scratch up my yak much or at all.
