Ingredients:
Beef (cut into pieces)
Basmati Rice
Onions (sliced)
Tomatoes (chopped)
Ginger-Garlic Paste
Green Chilies (sliced)
Spices (Cumin Seeds, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (for garnish)
Fresh Mint Leaves (for garnish)
Yakhni (beef broth)
Oil or Ghee
Salt
Water
Instructions:
Heat oil or ghee in a pot and sauté onions until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and cook until fragrant.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
Mix in the spices and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
Add beef pieces and cook until browned.
Pour in yakhni (beef broth) and bring to a boil. Simmer until the beef is tender.
Wash and add the basmati rice to the pot. Stir well.
Add water as needed, ensuring the rice is covered. Bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer until the rice is cooked and the flavors meld together.
Garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves before serving.
