-Take 2 kg mutton in a pressure cooker.
In a piece of cloth take onion,garlic,cinnamon,anise star,cloves,black pepper,cumin seeds,bay leaf,cardamom.
Tie the cloth and place it with the meat.
Add 5 glass of water,salt,turmeric powder.
Close the lid and let it cook on medium heat for 40-50 mins.
-In a cooking pot add 4 sliced onions.
Add 1 cup of cooking oil let the onions fry on medium heat until become brown in color.
Then add 1/2 cup water,2 large finely chopped tomatoes. Let the fry until oil come on top.
Check your meat, if seems tender then remove the cloth and add the meat to the gravy. Save the stock (yukhni) for later use.
Fry the meat with onions,tomatoes for 10 mins.
Add 2 tbsp black pepper and salt per your taste.
Now add the stock ( should be 7.5 cups for this recipe) to the meat.
Let it boil and then add 5 cups of rice soaked in water for 30 mins.
Mix them gently and let them cook on medium heat.
Cover the rice with lid and let them cook on low heat for 15 mins.
After 15 mins remove the lid and mix the rice gently.
Serve with salad.
