after spooling line on a spinning real if you soak the spool in warm water for about 5 minutes it helps tighten the line on spool to help limit issues with the line

Well here's my shot... When ever I go fishing for catfish using rod and reel and or catfish jugs I normally use smidium size circle hook with the bait halfway on and then put a #4 or #6 treble hook on with the rest of the bait holding the treble on for when they just peck on the bait and I catch them every time
