There are many reasons why Majima is best boy, but I think that out of all the things he did to set his path and determine his life for himself, there's one thing I think stands out more than anything else: He fell in love with a woman. Yet he chose to give her up, to keep her away from the world of Yakuza. That level of honor is difficult, if not impossible, to replicate. Out of all the cool shit he does, that was the most selfless, yet honorable thing he has ever done and quite frankly, I have a ton of respect for his character.

I *ADORE* the piano at the end. It's like after righteous fury that push you towards madness for your 'precious', clarity came amongst the madness, giving the theme a wistful aftertaste. It's like after all those madness, Majima realized it did not really matter because Makoto had been hurt because of his indecision and overcame by sadness for it. It made me feel nostalgic with its realism. There's just those moments where you're just so angry and made a big mistake, you're still angry, but at the back of your mind, your conscience whispered if what you did was a good thing or not. Goro Majima might just be my favourite character in Yakuza as well as one of my favourite fictional characters in general. This entire sequence is what propelled Yakuza 0 from a great game to one of the best I’ve played this entire generation for me.

Yakuza 0 was really a Majima Goro game where Kazuma felt like the side character just given a main role. He had all the best parts and I'm not mad at that. I hope this is the only one with Majima though because he is the kind of character where mystery suits him, whats he gonna do next? Who's gonna get fucked over? or OOOHHHH SHHHIIIIIIIT!!!! Thats what you always think when he pops up. That would be gone if we played as him while he was crazy. Playing as him in the prequel was perfect and it really added so much depth to his character. Even playing as him was better! I can't wait for yakuza Kiwami so I can finally hear the 1st game in Japanese and see all the new story content. I think new content is def needed because whle people do change ******SPOILERS FOR YAKUZA 1!!!****** Seeing Nishki change n be all bad n shit was still kind of questionable to me I mean, ok, he got all corrupted but trying to take Kazuma out never made sense to me since they were ultimate bro's before like what made him become that way? it can't be just the Yakuza world, has to be more. I hope Kiwami answers all that.

devilleon7 Well...next game will be interesting.RGG is not a MGS game so they can't call it RGG6 and put it chronologically between RGG0 and 1 and of course...they can't make a game called RGG0.5.The only way how i see it is if they make RGG6 and show some huge flashback about Majima. I actually think if they do this,they probably kill Makoto,so they not only give Majima reason to go crazy but also reason why Makoto never appeared or even mentioned in later games.
