A young man of apparently 17 entered Cabaret Grand. He wore a tracksuit, and had slicked back hair. Meanwhile, who presumably was the owner of Cabaret Grand, a tall man clad in a snakeskin jacket and an eyepatch, stared him down with his one good eye. The youth took notice, but before he could speak, the owner did. "It is past closing time. And besides, do you not think that you are too young to attend such a place? You seem rather young, sir. " The Owner spoke with keigo, basically Japanese Formality. The youth, however, spoke with a much more gruff Kansai-mimick. "Nah, I ain't here for chicks, old man. I'm here to brawl." The owner then had a sick grin spread ear to ear, similar to that of a Cheshire Cat. He got off the stage he leaned on, and walked towards the youngster. "Came to the right place, kiddo~ Even if yer still a kid, I see that fire in yer eyes~ Say, what's yer name?~" The youngster snorted, and rubbed at his upper lip, directly below the nostrils. "Ukyo. Tatsuya Ukyo. You?" The owner introduced himself next, before drawing a tanto from behind. "Majima, Goro Majima!~ Looks like we're gonna have fun... C'mon, TATSUYA-CHAMA!~" Majima charged forth, and attempted to swing his blade. But Ukyo grabbed him, and spinning briefly, tossed him aside. Majima recovered, and swiftly attempted one more slash. Ukyo dodged. *GORO MAJIMA* *OWNER OF CABARET GRAND*

Fun fact: in Majima No Majirock music video, the first thing you see is Majima watching Tatsuya match back when he was in Vegas. So Majima response would be more "so ya are that hot shot boxer from Vegas? Well, let's see if all that skills are real, or simply smoke and mirrors"

The timeline's extremely iffy, because Majima and Ukyo are fighting in Cabaret Grand, either in 1988 or 2006, logically it would be 2006 because in 1988 Ukyo didn't exist, but in 2006 he would be 13 (but just looks like he's 17, just like Ryuji Goda), and he couldn't have been in Vegas

Also, Tatsuya was canonically in the Sotenbori around 2012 which is probably roughly days or weeks before Yakuza 5 happened. So y'know, Majima could buy Grand to have some fun while Saejima is in jail, at the same time he could reconnect with Katsuya and Park

I got some AU stuff that's sorta Kurohyou style, but with MASSIVE canon divergence The Annual Nippon Fighting Tournament (ANFT) is advertised for every person in Japan to participate. Even the Yakuza. Even the politicians. EVEN THE FOREIGNERS. Tatsuya Ukyo is just one of the many fighters in the ANFT, and his opponents include: -Tatsuo Shinada, a homeless man who is given a shot at doing what he loves best from the ANFT. -Masayoshi Tanimura, a cop who seeks to lure out criminals because everyone from all around Nippon is often attending. -Shun Akiyama, a loan shark who was interested in joining because it could be a really good publicity stunt for Sky Finances, his business group. -Ryuji Goda, a brutish man who, at age 12, caught the eye of famous promoter Daisaku Kuze, who taught him how to box, albeit in secret, and was also rumored to be a retired Tojo Affiliate. -The many yakuza, including but not limited to: --Tsuyoshi Nagumo, a boisterous and hot-headed captain of the Hirose Family. --Toru Hirose, the very patriarch of the aforementioned Hirose Family, and as surprising as it is to see him in such a dangerous place, his old age doesn't seem to hinder him one bit. --Takeshi Kido, the Lieutenant of the Saejima Family, and "kyodai" of Shigeki Baba. --Shigeki Baba, the Lieutenant of the Saejima Family, and "kyodai" of Takeshi Kido. --Taiga Saejima, the Patriarch of the Saejima Family, and the "kyodai" of Goro Majima. --Nishida, the surprisingly powerful Captain of the Majima Family. --Daisaku Minami, the Lieutenant of the Majima Family. --Goro Majima, the Patriarch of the Majima Family and the "kyodai" of Taiga Saejima. --Akira Nishikiyama, the Lieutenant of the Kazama Family, and the "kyodai" of Kiryu Kazuma. --Kiryu Kazuma, the Lieutenant Advisor of the Kazama Family, and the "kyodai" of Akira Nishikiyama. --Osamu Kashiwagi, the Captain of the Kazama Family. --Shintaro Kazama, the Patriarch of the Kazama Family.

Out of all characters in Yakuza Tatsuya is the most frightening when he hits his prime, dude was a walking Martial Arts, dude knows it all and can combine it all.

Once he learns a new style, he fucking knows it too well and can adapt to it terrifyingly quick. And the fact with all of the style he's learned, he can combine em all to one style. For a 19 year old (atleast in kurohyou 2), he's really fucking strong and in par with the big 3 (Kiryu, Majima and Saejima)

I have the PERFECT idea rn: Daisaku Kuze vs Toru Hirose Both are old men in their 80s-90s around Yakuza 6. We can also have them fight in Yakuza 0 in their primes, though I don't have a very clear idea of how Hirose fought back then.
