Yakuza 5 Remastered - Final boss Gets destroyed -No Damage,no weapons(from menu)no equipment,hard-NG

I think I destroyed him with a good variety of heat actions and combos.
I was slightly "worried" to make the final phase (When outside, he'll use a technique to heal himself) a little bit boring, but is pretty good. NT: I really like the dragon essence as a finisher.
This version/battle is much better than my ps3 version, even though I played with the "no heat actions" restriction in that battle.
Nt: No tiger drops.

@@jamrock250 He was the easiest boss in an already easy game and he was so terrible he is only remembered as "little baby Iwami", Someya was the new age of yakuza, he had ambition, honour, and was similar to Kiryu but even if we forget all that his boss fights and themes slap.

I don't know how many people feel the same for this but Aizawa's aura is honestly so damn unique and a visual treat. We've seen those colors before but combined. A surrounding gold with pink accents and twists, I always enjoy seeing the aura in action

Yes, the quality and quantity of QTE + Ost make this battle one of the best. Too bad, Aizawa as a final boss story-wise isn't the best choice for me.

You know a boss is tough when him getting "destroyed" is still a battle that's over 7 minutes long! But then again, that's also because of the cutscenes, I think few characters in the series took as much punishment as Aizawa in that fight, props to him for being tough to put down! And thanks to your skills, even outside of the cutscenes, he still took a lot of pain and you made it look stylish until the very end with that Dragon King Essence finisher!

Thanks Lemmy. I used a lot of heat actions for this reason the battle still took over 7 minutes, i guess. I did no damage in climax mode (I'll put the video in the future ) and i destroyed him again in 6 minutes, I did some tiger drops and less heat actions, If I only use tiger drop, maybe in 5 minutes it's possible.

Heat actions do make it more cinematic, yeah, I'm sure you could be more efficient, but then it wouldn't be quite as stylish, and style is important. :)

I really love the QTEs for this fight. Like, they're all lengthy and unique for each phase of the fight, and there's a good amount happening in each part of the fight, so safe to say this is one of the best final bosses ever in the Yakuza series! Yeah, Aizawa isn't the best choice for a boss, story-wise, but the actual fight itself in terms of execution when you play it really stuck the landing with the QTEs.

Aizawa is one of the hardest story fights in the series, this is impressive stuff as always. Also the atmosphere of this fight is unmatched in the series, say what you want about the character of aizawa or the story of yakuza 5 but goddamn the actual fight was so sick

Yes, Aizawa fight is amazing, i can say his fight is the most entertaining in terms of QTE and dynamic. i really like the ost and the changes of scenery, i would have liked something like that in yakuza 6, but it's ok. I have classified his boss fight as S rank in my post comminity on youtube for this reason.

Kiryu really is much more of a grappler in yakuza 5 when it comes to combos and application of his moveset, huh?

Yes, it works differently from yakuza 3 or 4, in the original yakuza 5 you could do something like 3 or 4. But in the remastered version against certain opponents you can't. It's a different way, but it's fun.

honestly I think the little speech Aizawa gave before the final boss mostly made up for his lack of screen time, but the only other time he and Kiryu have met being at the VERY BEGINNING OF THE GAME is pretty ridiculous

@@DanteDevil12 I believe they were going for some sort of little "Theme song" sort of finisher to the battle in some sense. Because as the song plays out to its conclusion in the cutscene, the scene then changes right back to the end result of Kiryu and Aizawa's final clash.

​@@Deicide86 Yes, it's true. @assembled18 Honestly I had abandoned the idea of doing it, for me it's not worth the effort anymore, when videos like shinada vs daigo or this battle have made nearly 2000 views in few days. 1700 views in 3 months is disappointing for me, I think I play better than others in long battles in terms of variety and limitations and still the video of the lieutenants archived nearly 1900 views. You wanna know what's the difference? that video took me 2 attempts and in general boss battles few attempts, most part of the time first attempt. long battles several hours of practice. To be honest, as a yakuza content creator for 4 years without never stopping is pretty disappointing, trust me. Probably for you users who watch videos it's hard to understand. Anyway, thank you for your interest, you are the only one who asks me to do them, I really appreciate.

It's correct, I just want to say a detail in this battle compared with Gary and Pleasure King. i noticed once you get to the main foyer, he'll start using cheap throws, so be even cheaper, he also becomes more aggressive and his defense is solid, especially in the remastered version for strange reason.

In 4, can you trade materials for crafting weapons amongst each of the characters?

Anything in a character's personal inventory that they're carrying will remain there when their part ends. Remember, the Item Boxes only combine at the very end, so even if you ditch stuff in the Item Box before the end of the part, you won't be able to get back to that stuff until the Finale. Once you're at the Finale, you'll have access to all four characters and can switch freely between them and exchange items. The only thing that can be swapped are Completion Rewards before the final chapter, at least those than can be done early. By throwing them away, they will respawn when the new characters talk to Bob Utsunomiya.

@Marvelous Mehki I played the game and i did 100 % + dlc, there are bunch of videos here. I wrote a little review here -> kzbin.info/www/bejne/fXKQqoaZeNVpr9E - Personally, I will not upload videos about boss battles or some things about the combat. Beat 'em up action is the only genre where i'm good and where i can show something interesting, in turn based i'm not very good, do low-run challenges or show specific tactics, i don't think that's one of my characteristics. after finishing yakuza 7 with 100% trophies and the dlc, I canceled it ( the digital version). I didn't want to repeat the battles, and something like that happens in almost all games, except in yakuza beat em up action or few titles ( the witcher 3, metal gear solid rising etc).
