Nice! I hope the game gets a FPS boost patch, like Dark Souls 3 did. Just imagine this gorgeous game running at 60 fps on the XbSS. Edit: Keep up the good work Mr. Potato! I love seeing how this old games run on the new Xbox hardware.

Kinda strange that Yakuza 6 got an fps boost and previous games like YKiwami 2 didn't. Been playing Y6 for awhile now and it's great. But I'm definitely interested in seeing how steady it actually holds 60fps.

I tested the fps boost for yakuza 6 and its really really bad. Performance is terrible, game stutters all the time. Generally I'd suggest turning off fps boost as its 100% stable there. Digital foundry covered the fps boost and it drops into the mid 40s

So basically Yakuza 6 runs like ass (25fps) on xbox one because of shit optimization seems like rgg in the end just gave up on that platform well it sucks for me because i really love this series and i'm stuck at xbone :/ guess i'm gonna need to get used to it but oh well

PS4 chugs too. The new Dragon engine was very taxing

Dragon engine is demanding as hell, my gaming pc had drops too. Making all interior areas seemless really hits hard.

Turns out they just needed to *properly* optimize it for the XB1. Lost Judgment has excellent performance there.
