Not all of these are outright fatal, you know. I mean, skull fractures, permanent brain damage, collapsed lungs, fractured ribs, broken arms and legs, fractured jaws, blunt force trauma, first, second, and third degree burns, dislocated limbs, probably needing a lot of surgery and years of physical therapy to regain full use of limb muscles and generally being beaten into a coma they may never wake up from, but he doesn’t straight up *kill* the goons in most of them.

You have to turn on "extreme heat" (requires the heat gauge to be filled to some point) by pressing RT/R2 on controller (not sure what it is on mouse and keyboard) and have enemies stunned or do certain actions to do those heat actions.
