What every video I have seen FAILED TO SHOW how to enter new users codes..say if I have 5 users. in the example given to add new code after the master is: PIN# then 2# (what function does 2# has) next followed 1# (this one indicate adding function. the next slot code plus # example user one slot = 01 next slot 02 and so on. My question would be; is the 2# entered after the master key need to enter again after each master key for every new users and if so, does 2# stay the same or change according to the number of users being entered ??? Looking the manual only mention the slot number change and ONE USER EXAMPLE...the video also ...only enter the master key and ONE user PLEASE GIVE LIVE EXAMPLE BY ENTERING THE SECONG USERS.. YALE SHOULD BE ASHAME TO BE SO POOR IN PROVIDING CLEAR DETAILLED EXAMPLE...NO SUPRISINGLY I WROTE TO YALE FOR HELP ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO AND THEY NEVER REPLIED ..ASHAMEFULL !!!

Mario P I have some difficulties using your product yale lock door type ...., i already change the pin number as mention in the manual book, but uptill now I cannot lock the door Can you guide me for this problem Thank you

Iwan Digital Studio make sure you are positioning the lock from the front sir correctly if turned or twisted it I will cause that also if you over tighten the pins on the handle it will b too stiff. This video shows and explains the positioning in minute 2:36 kzbin.info/www/bejne/pmOzc62apK6iatk
