I loved short stick warm up lol I remember one year the goalie coach would use these like half inch sized nerf balls while I had a short stick😂 they would curve like crazy too

Is there a benefit of each goalie taking 2-3 shots then stepping out?

keeps all goalies warm and engaged. also sorta simulates real game play. Quick burst of action and then wait (while the ball is with the attack).
