Or it's at least that the active ones are a tight-knit circle, because I recognize them in EVERYTHING... But I had no idea that there were so few in the industry that the people voice acting for such tame and trendy shows also did BLCDs!!!

I think there are a lot up and coming voice actors in Japan its just that the competition is real and the most popular seiyuus gets more jobs, Like how Hollywood movies cast more popular actors to generate headlines. In JP Genshin, I don't see them using double casting in characters but in the ENG Genshin they double cast even multi cast for NPC and characters. I think there are more seiyuu's in Japan since its a priority in the Anime industry but in America maybe its just a side job for some.
