もしくは、所有していない場合は山の所有者の許可を得て山採りしています。
Mountain harvesting is done in the mountains I own. Or, if I don't own it, I'm harvesting it with the permission of the owner of the mountain.

Hi, I'm writing from Germany but I'm Venezuelan. I've been following you for a while and I see the way you work and I find it great. I found a pine tree in the woods and I want to make a literary work, but I don't know when is the best time to extract it. Another thing that is not clear to me in your videos is knowing how long it takes until the trees sprout and revive again. Greetings and success.

I am amazed that the trees can get the required nutrients from what looks like a pot full of stones?.

Fertilizer is often added on top of the soil in form of little pellets that gradually dissolve and seep down into the soil.
