FYI - my f60aet carby kit came with 3 different sized o ring sets. (The thickest for the airbox 93210-38MH3) The air intake side of the carb has a thinner but larger diameter o ring (93210-35M86) than the other side of the carb (69W-14561-00). Not sure if this helps...🤷🏼‍♂️

Did you ever find the correct part number for those o-rings? I'm about to do the exact same engine and would really appreciate the real part number thank you

Great series. I didn't realize it was JUST posted now I gotta wait for episode 5!! :) I was curious about the carb rebuild kit. Do you need 1 for all 4 or would you need 4 for all 4? Looks like a lot of o-rings but not all the jets for example. I recently picked up a project 2000 T50 that I need to take the carbs apart and clean up. I wanted to order some parts ahead of time just to be ready. Thx

How do you adjust the idle to make it rev a little more? Do i have to adjust the idle screw on all the carburetors?

Reeealy good video. i need help to find some used carbs for a f60 outboard because mine are almost destroyed and the brand news are very very expensive. If someone knows anything i whould be greatfull.

Did you try dropping them into an ultrasonic cleaner

My engine won’t idle. Only runs when choke is on at about 3/4

The engine has no choke. Your high idle setting must be off….
