Dear Hyper tourer , Superb effort. Useful. Test ride video very useful. I tried by removing one shocks on the right side viewing from the back side . It's very comfortable comparing with two original shocks. Planning to fix the removed one as dummy. What technical issue will raise?

U might end up bending the frame. Not advisable to do. Will cause more stress on the frame

What about the changes in handling, cornering and high speed stability? Do they take a hit? Also how does this compare to the kyb shocks?

Handling is better in fact more stable less bouncy on corners. The kyb are still stiffer compared to this. Again high speed the rear is more settled.

What is the rear seat height of aerox compare to the normal scooters like activa? Can ladies footrest be installed on this? Please make a video on these topics.

It is very tall. But comfortable. Ladies footrest some people have installed but it protrudes a lot on the side and can easily be hit by other vehicles. There are a few videos on it by someone else.

I am an Aerox owner, I have always felt that the stiffer suspension is provided by Yamaha to prevent the underside of the vehicle from scraping and not for a sporty ride quality especially when two up riding with full load or even when overloaded. So how does the suspension fare when loaded to max or more (i.e > 150 kgs) does it bottom out or is the underbelly scraping ?

I have done considerable off road solo and it doesn’t touch. With pillion too no difference. Yamaha provided the stuff suspension to save costs nothing else.

The kyb is marginally better than stock but thats a performance suspension which is needed to be stiff. And in Indonesia this is the stock suspension and kyb is the accessory.

I have got this suspension setup after watching your review, but I get lot of shocks vibrations onto my neck n head from the suspension & it happens even when the road aren't that rough. Did you had the same issue or is it only mine issue.

How's the rear suspension, does it give a gimble effect on your neck. This suspension passes on the road shocks on your neck instead of absorbing. I do have installed it earlier & had to remove after few rides.
