Today I changed my aerox front suspension with Castrol 20W oil and the jerk is completely gone now, thank you so much, you saved my aerox

Very informative and helpful. Thanks for explaining about that clutch rolers issue. It's annoying tafter 30k kms on aerox. Imma 1st gen aerox owner and mainly use it for long rides. Now i feel like there are lot of vibrations on the floor board and handlebar. Also jerk in stop and go conditions.

Great video sir. What's the fuel efficiency after stage 1 tuning and what's the speed you maintain to achieve those numbers? Also is it city or highway or combined? Did you notice a difference in top speed after the stage 1 upgrade and what was the difference please? Just wanted to know in pillion comfort as well. Trying to decide between Aerox and Ray ZR.

@@ebendan007 In the city i see an average of 40 kmpl and highway haven't tried after these addons, I usually ride below 90 kmph and occasional 100+ Not a noticeable difference in top speed but it's much quicker in acceleration to get to top speed. Aerox might not come across as pillion friendly as it's a sports scooter. You must try out both and decide

There are so many people facing front suspension issue in 2024 model, So i went to their service center and they are replacing them for free but i will take around 1 or 2 months as they are coming directly from japan.

Will it be good to change 20W50 grade oil 65ml each? I heard from few people that 60ml still has same issue.

@@vibhor2356 No please use 20W Fork oil only, 60-65 ml per leg should solve the problem. If not look for the aftermarket longer replacement springs or USD forks setup, which is the best.

@ Thanks a lot for your suggestion😊.Today I went to Service centre in Bangalore with Castrol 20 W Fork oil and they changed it, and now I am really feeling much smoother . It was so horrible even in small cracks but now it is perfect. Just want to know that do i need to change this fork oil regularly as like in next service?
