Just prior to COVSCAM I was able to review the model 3000 Integrated Amplifier with the same CD player and a pair of 901 speakers. I was really impressed and planned on making a purchase, sadly there has been a 35 - 40,% escalation in the overall cost. This prices me out of the market, I will have to relegate myself to settling with a Bose Lifestyle 650 which is a number of rungs lower on the ladde as we all know.

a disfrutarlo, ahora solo falta afinar la configuracion del sacd, los cables xlr, y un amplificador de bulbos, para quitarle un poco lo metalico del sonido, saludos desde mexico.

@@Skyshakerrrr jejeje articulado, la verdad no habia escuchado ese termino en cuanto al audio, pero a segun yo no tiene nada que ver ese termino con el audio, yo me refiero a que el cd suena muy metalico a comparacion de un lp vinil o a un reel to reel, o a unsondo emitido por un amplificador de bulbos, saludos.

Los tubos ayudan al sonido el rango Medio o mejor dicho bulbos lo analogo para los que lo buscan y lo digital tambien para ellos, je je je.

What did you think had better overall detail retrieval more air and better clarity the kinky studio m1 you had or would you say the Yamaha as2200 and the one you have here? I care about detail but Yamaha Yamaha doesn’t really have near as much power output into 8ohm compared to the Kinki Studio witch sucks 90 watts or something Yamaha has

They are ocean way audio eureka speakers. As3200 is a integrated amp and it doesn’t have tuner/receiver

You can use it for a DAC. Plug the usb cable in. This cd player is very good. However, for the price. You might be able to grab a cds300 and a awesome DAC which would sound even better.

It was just home audition. I am big of fan vivace sound . May be after the down the line , if my audio rabbit hole enthusiasm continues , I will plan Yamaha 5000 series or Vivace . Not sure at this movement. I am absolutely happy with current level of sound . But what understood we can’t mix and match. We have to go as designer shows . Like amp , preamp, dac all should go one shot by technically and sonically .
