That a nice banshee. My question is why did you get rid of the cross over tube on the carbs? Is there benefits to getting rid of it? Thanks for sharing and any info have great day
@tattedadvadirtslingers54374 жыл бұрын
Hey thanks bro 🤙. So the cross over tube isn’t really necessary as long as your carbs are synced and tuned.

Awesome bike. How much do you think it will cost to build one scratch ground up
@tattedadvadirtslingers54373 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Honestly - today’s market is crazy with these banshees. You can pick up a beat up one for around 3k on east coast. Then it all depends on how much you wanna build it. It’s easy to put another 3k into it real fast.

Very clean bike you have. What state do you ride? Do you need a skids plate for the frame?

Thank you- I’m in Virginia - our trails are a mixture of muddy, stumpy, and rocky. It definitely helps

@tattedadvadirtslingers5437 just subscribed. Just found your channel. I'm building a trail banchee now. Frame is getting powder coated next month. I'm waiting for fireball -1 Swingarm and long travel A Arms. Already have stage 4 elka front and back from the last build I did when I bought the bike new in 2006.

@tattedadvadirtslingers5437 I took my Florida banchee out to TX, OK, AK, Missouri, Tennessee and the bike got destroyed lol. Rocks are tough on sport quads

Where did you get the aluminum airbox? And was it bolt on right out of the box or did you have to tinker a bit with it? Sick ride btw 👌

www.ebay.com/itm/382909009022 Thanks man you can find the airbox on eBay link above. The tubes come longer than you need and you cut them depending on your intake/carb set up

Beautiful build brother! Are your AArms extended? Also, how do you like the 450 shocks? I ride dirt roads out here, no mud no sand. I’m looking for a smoother ride. Kinda wanna build a trophy truck/ATV lol
@tattedadvadirtslingers54373 жыл бұрын
Thanks man! Yes my A arms are extended +2 inches. The 450 shocks were way better than stock- but I have recently switched to a set of works shocks that are even better.

Question for anyone CAN YOU STILL BUY A BANSHEE
@tattedadvadirtslingers54374 жыл бұрын
What’s up Frederick- you can find them used, but prices look pretty high right now. If your lucky you can find a brand new one in a crate but that’s a shot in the dark and you’ll pay top dollar for one .
