The Yamaha CFIII I bought from you a number of years ago is holding up great! Still looks and sounds like new, and has been played on tons of recordings. One of the best purchases I ever made.

I purchased a Kawai CA-60 from Russell that he upgraded with a player system that knocked your socks off! His product is super puber as are his ethics! At the time I lived in South Florida so I was able to visit his facility during the time of the refurbishment of my piano. I was there for days watching the painstaking effort and detail that went into transforming my piano into an instrument that any family would be proud to own! My family enjoyed countless hours of enjoyment from listening to our piano playing everything from classical to pop!! It was also able to send wireless images from the concert DVDs to my big screen so we could both watch and listen to recordings of live concert performances!!! It was just like being there!!!!! If you are considering purchasing a piano from an upright to a full concert grand you are in the right hands with Russell! If I were ever again in the market for a piano I would contact Russell right away! He truly cares and his product shows it!!!!!!!

Very interesting comparison. In that demo, listening as I do through headphones, the CS2 sounded way better to me than the C7 (and I like C7s very much). The CS2 seems to be more powerful and clearer. I'm not sure how well tuned and regulated either of those pianos are as they sit there.

What are the white scraper looking things on the inside rim of the piano??? Near the hinges of the lid.

Very interesting video. By the way, I thought that C7 pianos with two pedals were not intended for North American market.

They weren’t so what’s the issue? They were made before Yamaha started exporting to the USA. As far as be made differently otherwise it’s not true as you can’t make a piano for a climate because there’s no point. A piano owner should be able to take their piano with them if they relocate. There’s every climate you can imagine in USA and Japan. It’s just false propaganda intended to protect the USA dealers. We have been importing pianos from Japan for 30 years. Besides the middle pedal if ever used it’s extremely rare.

@@PianoOutlet Thank you for the clarification. I play on Yamaha C7 that has three pedals and I noticed this difference.
