Hi! I have a 1979 yamaha DT 125 MX and i’m having trouble removing the pin that holds the prop to the frame, do you have any idea how to take it of?

Do you mean the side stand. This should be held on with a nut and bolt. Maybe someone had changed it fur the wrong part? Stick nuts and bolts can be cut off carefully with a hacksaw. Stuck pins can be soaked in WD40 or similar then knocked out.

This model is already CDI ignition

@@bobz1736 i see on the magneto only source coil and charging coil no trigger coil right? I guess from source coil direct to cdi.

@@ashtonleogaoiran2999 - when I bought the bike it had no trigger coil or CDI box. Somehow the owner had used on of the other coils to trigger the spark coil. I fitted a new wiring harness, CDI box and the three correct coils including a trigger coil so now back to standard condition. If you watch the next videos you should see this.

Hi,what type of paint did you use for the resto?

I just use good quality spray cans. TOA brand here in Thailand. Apply lots of thin coats and then a top coat of clear lacquer. For the fuel tank I got a car body shop to spray a coat of 2K clear coat as it is fuel resistant.
