Great job, did you take pictures of everything before you took it apart? It looks like a wire wheel bench grinder would be handy!

Yeah, I usually take pictures. But if I forget the microfiche pictures and manual come in handy. I agree, a benchtop wire wheel would be nice.

Hi…. What are the size of the idler wheels? Both the front and back? And are the bearings and shaft the same size? Front and back ?

Rear ones are 7" and use a 6204 bearing for a shaft diameter of 20mm. The smaller ones are 5.125" with a 6004 bearing, also for a 20mm shaft.
