Just bought a 1971 barn find in original condition in yellow. Garage kept its whole life. Once I get the grime cleaned off of it, it will be beautiful. Very little rust. Super excited. I love two strokes and this is like an early Christmas present to myself. The last time it was titled was in 1975. Original title and owners manual came with it! It even has the original tires still. I will post a video on YT when I get cleaned up and running. It will sound awesome with chrome expansion chambers

retro 2 strokes are always the bomb. Just cool. Yamaha, honda. Almost never break down those machines.

Wow i didn't know that one of my fav bikes the YL1 was originally a 90cc. Looks good in gold too!

@CodeTwo2 The reed valved 125 twins made 16hp@9k. I believe these made 10 or 12hp.

Don't think they had these in uk I had the 125 twins 2 of them , the last one exploded but so many in breakers I picked up an RD 200 my biggest project to date was slot the motor in my 125 frame wire for electric start , swap various parts not forgetting to file off the 198cc embossed on bottom of barrels being 17 it was out of licence cover for a learner in uk late 70's
