Great.my drum instructor was a student of Sonny and he says Sonny is into straight up details of technique etc.Nate is just great...I love his playing as do I Sonny.what I 'd like to know is how Sonny developed that bass drum technique and keeping his hi hat foot in perpetual motion...wow

I've loved Nathan for so many years. A phenomenal player - and just comes across as such a kind, humble guy. Sonny - first time I came across him was at Clapton's Birmingham UK gig last night - and boy can he play!!! Monster beats! He brought something distinctive to a number of the songs espy - giving them an extra flavour.

I briefly met Sonny at a clinic in San Diego back in the early 90's. he was a real pro and gentleman. a true ambassador of the drumming community. glad to see he hasn't changed. 👍

So true what they said about concentration throughout the whole set. Something I have struggled with. I’ve found I need to keep it interesting for myself to stay locked in.

Two of the greatest and most respected musicians on the planet!!! Great advice from experienced masters! Not only is Nathan one of the most accomplished, gifted, skilled, and recorded bassists on the planet but he's also one of the humblest and nicest persons! Yamaha definitely makes some of the best basses and drums in the business and the BBNE2 is one of the best basses I've ever heard! KEEP GOD FIRST!!!! YESSIR!!!

I totally get the focus as the song moves on. That is a big part of the difference between a top professional and those looking to get there.

: / MUSIC IS SOUND! YOU GUYS SHOULD HAVE PLAYED DURING THIS VIDEO AND SHOWED THE AUDIENCE WHAT YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT, INSTEAD OF JUST TALKING ABOUT IT AND TRYING TO EXPLAIN IT VERBALLY! YOU SHOULD HAVE PLAYED AND LET THE MUSIC TALK FOR YOU!
