Yamaha MT07/FZ07 핸들바 교체 / Renthal 754 Road Low Handle bar

야마하 MT-07의 핸들바를 교체해 봤습니다.
Renthal 758 Road Ultra Low 에서 같은 브랜드의 Renthal 754 Road Low 모델로의 교체 작업입니다.
울트라 로우에 비해 로우 모델이 핸들을 잡았을때 손의 위치가
살짝 높고 몸쪽으로 가까이 오게 되어 상체가 더 세워지는 자세가 됩니다.
울트라 로우는 반대로 좀더 앞으로 숙여지는 자세가 되죠.
수치상으로는 몇cm 차이가 나지 않지만 주행할때는 몸이 확실히 느껴지는 변화가 있습니다.
시즌이 시작되면 울트라 로우로 교체해서 좀더 공격적인 자세를 만들고
추운 겨울이 오면 로우 모델로 다시 교체해서 편하게 출퇴근을 하곤 했는데
올해는 살이 쪄서 허리가 좀 불편한 관계로 ㅎㅎ
봄에 교체했던 울트라 로우에서 좀 더 편한 자세를 위해 로우 모델로 교체를 진행했습니다~!!

Aftermarket handlebars cannot be used with genuine bar end weight Because a genuine bar end weight is a screw method.

Do you still own this bike ? If so could you tell me the width of it's handle bar clamps from outside of clamp to outside of clamp, or from centre of clamp to centre of clamp ? I wanted to fit Renthal 755 Medium Road handle bars to an SR500 The SR500 clamps are 100 millimetres from centre to centre or 120 millimetres from outside to outside On the Rental website it shows the measurement where the bars clap as 105 millimetres for both the 754 Low and 755 Medium road bars but doesn't say if this 105 millimetres is centre to centre or outside to outside of the clamp position I'm concerned there may not be enough straight bar for the Renthal bars to clamp properly without the clamps on the SR500 interfering with curved part of the Renthal bars I hope you understand my question

Hello Hodaka 1000. I just measured the clamp size of my MT07. The distance between the centers of both clamps was 86 mm. Currently, "renthal road low 754" is being used. And I measured the outside of both clamps. The number was 105 mm. The "D" value displayed on the rental company's website seems to mean the size of both sides of the mountable clamp. In other words, clamps not wider than the "D" value will be available. Currently, there seems to be about 1cm of room outside the clamp on both sides of the mount, but it was mounted, so it could not be confirmed accurately. I've searched for some handlebars for the sr500. www.japan-webike.kr/ps/#!search&p.p=1&p.c=1044&p.sk=0&p.ref=product-search-es&p.rows=96&p.m=878 The mountable clamp size of almost all products is larger than 130mm. I don't want to recommend the renhal 755 for the sr500.

@@GGWKD28 Thank you for you very thorough description and your research and time and opinion I had emailed Renthal in England and messaged two local Australian seller on eBay a week ago but they haven't gotten back to me My original bars have a few rust marks and things on them but they're not too bad so I'll probably just polish them up and reuse them Most of the marks on them are hidden by cable stays and fittings when it's all together The original bars are very similar in appearance the Renthal 755s and I've got the bike stripped down at the moment so thought I might lash out and get new bars but it's not really necessary so I look at it later I live in a rural area and there's only one bike shop in town with relatively limited stocks and no 755 Renthal bars in stock so I'll wait until the next time I'm down in Sydney where I can compare them to my original bars in real life Good on you and thanks again

본인 성향에 맞춰햐 하는거라 추천은 어려울것같습니다. 차량도 틀리고 저랑 선호하는 자세나 신체 사이즈도 틀릴것이고요. 저의 경우는 울트라 로우와 로우를 번갈아 사용하다가 상체가 세워지는 자세가 편해서 스탭을 앞으로 조절하고 핸들바는 로우 모델에 정착해서 사용하고 있습니다. 핸들포스트에서 핸들이 조립되는 각도 조절로도 자세가 많이 틀려지니 지금 사용하고 있는 헨들에서 조절을 해보시고 좀더 높은 포지션을 원하시면 로우나 미디엄으로 교체 해보시지요.

You need to drill a hole in a new handlebar. Or you can remove the locator pin. I chose to remove the locator pin because I prepared for another handlebar later.

what amount of newton meters did u put on the torque wrench at the screws holding the handlebar?

안녕하세요 저도 핸들을 교체해보려 하는데 스위치뭉치의 돌기를 제거하면 뭉치가 돌아가는 불상사가 생기지 않나요?

고정핀을 핸들바에 닿는정도까지만 갈아주면 돌아가거나 하지 않습니다. 너무 쉽게돌아간디싶으면 핸등바에 전기테이프를 살짝감아주면 도움이 됩니다.

안녕하세요 현재mt07순정타는데요 순정핸들폭이좁고 높이가낮아 이제품교체하면순정핸들대비 폭이넓어지고조금 모타드처럼 위로서있을까요 혹시 이제품교체시 브레이크케이블 클러치케이블연장이필요한지요

로드 로우의 경우 순정보다 거의 높아지지는 않고 넓어지면서 몸쪽으로 더 꺾이게 됩니다. 케이블 교체는 필요없었습니다.
