Don't use that kind of oil cap, the dip stick might fall in due to vibration and heat. Here in the Philippines we had the same problem. Might be better to use stock oil cap/dipstick

hello just asking everytime my nmax engine start the oil gauge is blinking, is it normal?

It is sign to you to change the oil, after change the oil don't forget to reset the oil trip.
