My first electric was a Yamaha RGX 220. It looked like a super strat. Red finished body with a black neck & headstock. It also had a proprietary Yamaha locking trem. 2 humbuckers and volume/tone with a push-push coil split/3-way toggle.

I’ve been an HSS guy forever and this one has been on my radar a very long time! Great review! 😊 I’m not 100 sold yet, but closer!

We have another HSS Sire to do yet and then we will shoot the three we have out together. I’m interested to see which we like the best. When we got them I figured the fender would win hands down, I’m not so sure after filming the Yamaha.

@@PJandtheBeard Yamaha has more money for R&D than anyone in the market because they literally manufacture almost everything! 😁 The PAC is a LOT of guitar at that price point.
