The rear is in the longest hole. The front straps are lengthened beyond the original limit. Look at the suspension in the video, and you may find other modifications.

It's also modified with Aaen pipe and apparently (by sticker) VForce3 reeds etc. so more than the stock meek 56 hp.

It totally depends on the sled, and the snow conditions. If you have the right mix, it can be quite easy and fun!

I'm guessing it doesn't have stock gearing? Front end was awfully light and it had lots of low end 'spin' when carving in the deep snow. Either way, looks like a fun sled to ride.

It has a standard Phaser engine rebuilt, with 2nd over bore. V-force 3 reeds, Aaen pipe, re-jetted stock carbs, and a cold air intake.

i have a 91 phazer and it boondocks like mad, only problem is you gotta clean out the fan when it packs with snow. edit: she blew. time for a top end this fall!

Put a Polaris or skidoo rear end under it. Have your driver's switched to 8 tooth instead of 9. Port and pipe it. Put a 147" x2" track under it. Completely new machine.

2 years of adjustments and modifications. Basically, everything needs to be working like a top, also you'll need to get super torque with low gearing, and do suspension mods.

That sounds like a SRV. This is a 485cc 2 carburetor Phazer setup.

Huuh guess im lost then cause i swear last phazer i seen had a single carb. But the again that wss like 10 years ago and im now 22 lol. I got a vmax 500 and it rips but nothing like this. People consider them to be "straight line" sleds. It needs a ton of work though. Bpught it ib grade 8 and have done nothing but put gas in it, changed the bogie wheels in the carraige. There shot again. Needs a good overhaul thats for sure.

Bad ass what have you done to your sled my dad and I went in on a package deal 2 Yamaha Exciter II 570's aftermarket Sno Pro exhaust after market mikuni carbs plastic Skis my dad is my dad upgraded to mikuni 700cc carbs and they make his sled run like a totally different sled its been clocked at 115mph with more to go I have mikuni 600cc carbs I'm thinking about going with the 700's like my dad my wife and I also have a 1974 Skidoo TNT440 Dyno Port exhaust Mikuni carbs 1990 Skidoo Safari 440 Dyno Port exhaust Mikuni carbs and a 2000 Skidoo MXZ 440 Dyno Port exhaust Mikuni carbs and we gave my younger brother a 1976 Rupp 440 for his first sled and he loves it he takes care of it better than these young kids do their brand new sleds
