Yeah you are. They don't do emissions tests on bikes during MOT's. You'll just get an advisory stating the exhaust is loud.

cause of the anniversary edition / gen, if it was 22 anniversary it would be red / white, and any previous years wouldve been a previous gen different body shape i think 06
