We will discuss about the problem of Yamaha R15v4 which is being faced by most of R15v4 owners.Yes I am talking about the handle bar problem. The symptom starts with hardening/tightening of the handle bar which makes turning the handle difficult.Balancing bike becomes difficult.If you are facing such issue,get your handle bar checked at your nearest Yamaha agency. The result will most probably be rusting of the handlebar😥.The rust attacks the Handel T,Cone set,Shocker mountings etc. which results in Handle bar problems.
So rusting is the matter of quality that Yamaha is providing to its customers.There is no warranty on rusting parts and that is the point that makes me angry😠😡.Bike at this price is getting rust within an year,are you kidding me🤨.This is not what we pay you for Yamaha. We demand quality from you and delivering such poor quality products has breached our trust in you.You take our trust for granted??I hope you know the fate of NOKIA😤.
In my case I have never used this bike for off roading purpose nor have I ever done stunting,My cone set never had a crack or dent in it but it was only affected by rust.This should be covered under warranty,but I had paid for expenses in which there was no fault of mine.
So I expect from Yamaha that before making a call of blue, make a recall of defected pieces that you have delivered to your customers. It's not just in my case but many R15v4 owners are facing same issue.
My another complaint is that there is no way to contact the company. I have tried calling on customer care number,writing emails, filing complaints on Yamaha's official website but I got no response till now.This is how Yamaha treats it's customer😠🤨.
Every sentence stated above is true and on the basis of my experience I would not recommend anybody to by Yamaha bikes any more because the quality of products is poor.Forget that your complaints would be reverted back.

If you are here, Please mail this handlebar problem to [e-mail]. The more mails,the better. I have tried contacting yamaha agencies and their official site. Yamaha's reply is that if they get more mails regarding this issue only then they will consider this as manufacturing defect and they'll do something for costumer satisfaction. The yamaha bike owners should atleast mail to the official yamaha India so that we all get this issue resolved. I once again request you all yamaha owners to mail this problem, it's just a matter or couple of minutes.Its for your own benefit

Facing the same problem. Quality of yamaha has been degrading over the period of time... clutch plate issues...conset issues... clutch loosening issues...and side indicators toh latak he rahe hai.
