Great video only thing is you have to keep track of which piston came of of which bore and you forgot to gap your rings inside the each cylinder you may be using new rings but still you're using on old crankcase and old pistons also while you have them out might aswelll measure piston to cylinder wall clearance, but thank you for posting I needed a reference between the first and second compression rings.

You are right about the piston numbering! In my case the cylinder is worn to much (common problem) so in the end I need to replace the engine with a newer generation engine… I have to modify it quite a bit tho because it will be converted from injection to carburator…

Got the same color and year. Bike blows white smoke when revd , spark plugs have a bit of oil on the top of the plug and the plug itself looks burnt with carbon. U think its bad rings?
