...as long as someone with half a brain builds it, with good geometry and material/hardware, it'll be fine. fun fact: Top Fuel dragster teams use hose clamps to mount their 10,000+ horsepower engines to the chassis!

@@billymanilli yes but their ‘hose clamps’ are engineered for that purpose specifically they’re not a typical hose clamp from a hardware store and they only have to last around 2-3 pulls (60seconds of running or around 15 seconds of pulls) then it is stripped and rebuilt….these are not

Twist throttles suck on ATV's. I have ridden both on two-stroke 250cc 3-wheelers back in the day. A Buddy of mine had a Tri-Z 250 with a twist throttle and another a Honda ATC 250R with a thumb. I used to ride 2 stroke dirt bikes and to me a twist just does not feel right on a 3 or 4-wheel quad because you slide a lot and a twist throttle is not always safe when you are pitching the back end around a corner.
