Mery pas yb100 ka 87 model hy. Kuch Din sy carburetor overflow ki waja sy mishkul sy start horaha tha. Float valve ko adjust kya hy tahum 22mm sy opar par over band howa. Vernier gasket par rakh kar measures kya tha. Carburetor apni asak shakal mein hy tahum needle valve ka nishan flost Patti par aa chuka hy. Mumkin hy 34 sal k bad ab valve ki androni seat mein bhi jaga ban gaye ho. lagta hy ab bhi kuch overflow ho raha hy petrol bahar nahi garta laikin start acceletor sy hota hy kya valve seat assembly mein washer lagana theek ho ga.shukriya

Bhai maine yb100 liya hai 92 model. Pehla gear mai jab chaalu karnay lagtq hu matlab race de ker clutch chorta hu toh aisa lagta hai jesay engine beth rha hai aur race 3-4 hazar rpm pe lejaa kar clutch achaa khasa jala kar bike chalta hai. Agar 70 ya 125 se muqabla kiya jaye toh un se 3 ya 4 gunah zyada waqt clutch adha pakar ke chalana parta hai. Jab 70 cluch engage ho chuka hota hai toh yb100 ka jal rha hota hai usi waqt mai. Aur meray andazay se uska connecting rod kharab hai. Jab theek karwaonga toh new piston size aur sleeve waghera ke mutaliq malomat dedein ke konsa konsa lagwaon. Kis tarha se?
