….seems like people who shouldnt have one, are learning the ins and outs of utvs with zero prior offroad experience.. i think this got the ball rolling for sky high utv prices…. For overhead left over for lawsuits….

Hey,....If I take off the safety equipment, add a bunch of after-market parts (not approved by Yamaha), make my own modifications to it, ride it on pavement too fast, or generally act like as moron can I still file a lawsuit against someone? It really doesn't matter who it is because when I get hurt it'll have to be someone elses fault not my own! Geez......I wonder why there are sooo many lawyers.
