Now we all know there’s been at least five or six different generations of stage customs. How does the Indonesian advantage stage custom hold up and compare to the GEN one and the newest stuff?

I also have the indonesian kit, since 2015 if i recall correct. The still have the abillity to sound remarkable if tuned correct , in a room and on a stage through a sound desk for a crowd of around 1000 people. I have seen and heard this. Personally out of the whole kit I have the snare tuning was the most challening. I have the 10, 12, 14 and 16 toms. The 12 can be tricky on the old indonesian kits. The slugs on the older kits is more durable, and looks great in my opinion. It has a more premium feel and look to them I think. My kit is the Raven Black and still in love with it after all these years Good quality high end cymbals compliment them even more. It was, and never will be a "budget" drum kit. In fact i think it is just short of any botique kit if look after, tuned well, the best skins and cymbals money can buy. The kick also could be challenging and have to be tuned for the enviroment it is in.

This will probably be seen as heretical but I think the SC Advantage is the best version
