Dude this was so sick!!!! I just shredded waves for the first time on my SJ today!! I'm a long time surfer, thats why this video stoked me out so much!!!! Shredding those waves like a surfer!

Hello Dany D! Congratulations! Now that you ride the waves in a Superjet, probably you will realize the unlimited kinds of maneuvers that a ski can do for you in the waves. It's simply magic! I'm surfer too, but, after ride the waves in a Superjet, I always want to go to sea in a Ski, and few times I got in the sea with a board.....all the times just thinking: "if I was in my ski, I could shred that, that and that wave. And that other.......". So, I never entered the sea without my ski anymore. @@blackl1steddrums Unfortunatelly no, my friend. I`m from Brazil. I ride mainly in two spots in Brazil, one in northeast and another in South of the country. But I`m thinking in ride some big waves. Just planning.

@@jetskisurf Gotta love the sweet smell of 2 stroke too. I don't know of anyone that has ridden waves. My buddy just got a 2021 SXR1500. Man, that thing is a rocket, but not as playful as the SuperJet. Both are sweet in their own way. Can't have enough toys!

@@Terrycrackcorn My friend, I`m from Brazil. The video was made in a beach in south of my country. I wish I could surf Daytona Beach, but I'm far away. So, if you want to begin to surf, my sugestion is to buy a Yamaha Super Jet. I've tried to surf in a SX 650 long time ago, but I learned that Kawasaki are not good for surf. Superjets have more specific aftermarket parts for surfing. You'll find more people surfing with superjets, as well as more tips on how to make your ski better for surfing. If you want more tips, just let me know.

@@jetskisurf Cool man! I got a killer deal I couldnt pass up on the SXi pro. I want a superjet and plan to get one as soon as I can find a deal. Superjets are expensive around here.

@@Terrycrackcorn I understand you. I will sugest that you do the same I did. Go surf in your SXi. It will be good to ride the Kawasaki for comparsion. I surfed about 10 years in my SX 650. I was very limited and I didn't know that. In 2014 I got a SJ to surf in a test-drive. My God! Love at the first glance, ops, wave. Two times more fun! I bought the SJ imediately. Both skis was standard ones, without modifications. After that I watched this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bGenlZV_fc10p9k and got in contact with Andrew Morin (IMO the best ski surfer today). Andrew suggested me simple mods that improve more and more my SJ performance. At the end of the day, the point is: don't spend time and money to surf in a Kawasaki. You can surf, for sure, but you will have much more fun in a Yamaha Super Jet.

I'm really looking for surf big waves, but not in a Superjet. It's like surfboard: the bigger the wave, the bigger the surfboard (and ski in my case). Do you know anyone who's surfed big waves in a ski?

@@jetskisurf Nice video, I think that you just convinced me to get a new SJ. Check out the latest video from Jaws from last week of Chick Patterson using snow skis to surf it. Not the same type of ski but just to show you that anything is possible.

time to get some basic mods done.. youll have so much more control and snap.. ride plate so you dont slide around as easy.. straight bars and quick steer.. pipe.. and SHOES.. jam your toes when you start catching some air and youll know what we mean.... nice waves to ride though..
