YAMAHA Town Mate resurrection - How to remove front wheell and change the tire

As mentioned this motorbike was sitting the last 17 years in the garage so it`s easy to understand that for this period of time the tires haven`t been changed.
Even worst is the fact that the tires have been changed by the previous owner before i bought the bike from him.
The condition was great back then but meanwhile
i consider them to be...26 years old!!!
It`s high priority of safety to change the tires before hit the road.
As always i`m using no professional but normal daily tools that are more or less in every household available.
The procedure starts by removing the front wheel strip off the tire
from the rim and replace it with a new one.
