YAMAHA Town Mate resurrection - How to repair front shocks (Polyurethane)

The steering is floppy ,the front wheel behaves very strange and you don`t know where to look for the reason of that trouble?
Well it is most likely that the front shocks are in trouble
and need some maintenance - repair.
Two rubber parts are quilty for all this mess.
It`s not wise to replace them because in two months time the situation will be the same.
So i came with the idea to repair the area
with polyurethane.
