Yamaha Trimoto YT175 Rebuild! Part 3! Assembly has started!

We tear down Herky the Trimoto all the way to the frame and start prepping for paint and powder! A lot of cleaning of parts, and finally some prep and painting of a few things! Feels good to finally start the assembly process!

Need to check Marron wheel inside the pull start. Is the rope soft and white looking or is it hard and burnt looking? Eventually the rope will break. If it does you can still ride. Put in trans in 2nd, lift by your accessory rack, run with back wheels off the ground for about 10ft for momentum, drop and push for few feet, and be ready for it to come alive. I place left hand on seat rear and right hand on throttle to be ready. Hop to your knees on seat and then get it to N or ride off in 2nd to get to safe spot of your not ready to ride.
