Thank you for the video! Our TTR had the same issue. Followed your video and instructions, got a 17.5 pilot jet, drilled out that idle screw and its running great again.

Great video bud, trying to fix my sons which only idles with choke, dies when choke is turned off and bogs and dies when throttled even while choked

Yeah, sounds like it’s the same issue I was having, either a clogged pilot or dirty carb or both. Pull the carb apart make sure it’s clean make sure that pilot jet you can see through it and while you’re in there, I would bump it up to a 15 or 17.5
