Hi mate i got a mikuni carb with the engine, went up 2 sizes on the main jet so it ran sweeter with the pipe and ungraded air filter

Thanks for your reply. I have a 1974 model which is in the process of being updated. Obviously will need more cc, so will be looking at a similar engine / carb setup. Thank you.

Matt, looks great, I’ve just got hold of one very similar to your original. What size (oversize) spokes did you drop in and where did you source them? Cheers mate

Hi mate thanks for the feedback, the spokes on this were off e bay, 155mm x 3.15, im being honest if your keeping the bike i would 100% go for stainless steel ones tho as these started to show signs of light corrosion after just one ride ! Im currently working on another buid where ive purchased ss ones from [e-mail] at a great price and quality. If you send photos and sizes to them they can replicate them. Hope this helps
