hey bro im trying to get my bike license and hoping to get a xsr155 do let me know if it is beginner friendly! and any tips!
@JasperCarnivoreАй бұрын
@@hueykaes3652 hey! I would say it's okay, might feel a bit high depending on your height/inseam. Cos the seat is wider than a sport bike/streetfighter. Other than that, and the lack of ABS, I think it's a great beginner bike! Would advice to add any quality-of-life mods you think you might need (modify seat to be more cushy, phone/carplay mount, USB charging port, hazard light switch etc. But otherwise it's just a simple bike to jump on and go! Oh and, due to flat seat design, pillion will not be able to see the road in front, will only see the back of your helmet. On the plus side, pillion don't need to slouch to hold the rider comfortably. Pillion seat surface area is nice and roomy too.

xsr155 doesnt have ABS right? Is it still safe to ride on wet surface?
@JasperCarnivore Жыл бұрын
Nope doesn't have ABS. I think as long as you have good braking control and discipline it should be okay. Just don't abruptly brake so hard that your wheels lock up.

Isn't it slippery on steet paint when you hit the brake? I have the same bike with the factory tire, and sometimes it happens to me

Yeah the stock tyres had terrible wet grip, I was using Pirelli Angel CTs
