Oi Andre, na verdade todos são de fábrica, coloquei Reverb apenas. Ele tem um botão que controla o "Tone" (mais aberto ou fechado), que deixei no padrão (no meio).

Hey @Johnny Sonntag How does the key bed feel? I played the 88 & 61 and they both feel great. How well would you rate the 73? Thanks!

Hello. I played 61 and thought it was pretty good. Keys very similar to the clavias waterfall. The 73 has a hammer action key, but lighter. I like it because I don't use it for study, but for the stage. For piano, I believe the 88 is much better.

Hi Johnny. I have a question about the Yamaha YC73. Could you tell me if you play the keyboards empty (without any output headphones or monitoring), the action of the keys make loud sound. I have returned Cp88 because the sound of the action was too loud and make too much noise. Thanks for your answer.

Did You add damper resonance as an effect. Is it possible, that you show your settings. Cheers and kind regards

I used Damper Resonance. I actually used Preset User 02 which is a piano with only Reverb and Damper Resonance as base and changed the piano samples.

Beautiful playing Johnny. Thanks for sharing. I’ve just got the YC88 and loving it! It’s taken the place of the MODX8 that I’ve had for about two years. The keybeds are a world apart. The YC has real feeling to it and makes the MODX feel a bit lifeless by comparison. It also makes an excellent and easy to use midi Master keyboard running a PSR arranger and a couple of smaller synths.

Can you get sounds from the psr and the yc88 at the same time?meaning like say using piano from the yc then using rhythm section from psr at the same time using midi?

Yeah, absolutely! I set up the PSR on midi channel 1 for Right part 1, channel 2 for Right part 2, and channel 3 for Left hand part. Then channel 4 for the two synths. I use the volumes of the two synths to set these on or off. You have to set up the Midi Settings on the PSR and synths to receive channels 1,2,3 and 4 respectively and then you're all set. Typically I will have two identical patches on the YC next to each other on the Set List. One will have the midi channels all switched off, and its partner will have them switched on as above. That way I can pick between playing the YC alone, and then pick its partner patch to bring in the PSR including all of the accompaniment and rhythm section as I wish, and then the synths using their volumes. I set the tempo via the PSR and use its arranger buttons and Registration selection as usual. I love it! Its very quick and easy to set up - you can even set up the individual range for each of the midi channels if you want to split these across the keyboard. And of course, if you want to just sound the PSR (or the synths) you can quickly switch off the voices on the YC using its toggle switches. Its also very stable - I never get any stuck midi notes which was happening quite a lot with various other set-ups that I’ve tried previously (including the MODX). The polyphony is ridiculous! Olá, eu tenho um CK também. Apesar dele ser muito bom em termos de timbres, o YC ainda é muito superior em pianos e órgãos. Os outros timbres de synth o CK é melhor.

I have the YC61 and got the 73 to test it out. Loved the keybed but felt like the dynamics of the sounds weren't there like in the yc61? Did you hear any difference yourself ?

I think that when we get used to it, we learn to extract the maximum sound from our instrument. When I played on the YC61 I had the same sensation (inverse), except for the organs where I found it much better on the YC61, obviously.

Não...o de 61 é Waterfall. O 73 é Hammer Action imitando as teclas do Fender Rhodes (um pouco mais leves). O de 88 é Hammer Action com teclas de madeira.

@@carlosfehlberg1 sobre não ter sampler penso diferente. Quando tinha o Nord, ele oferecia uns 10...15 Pianos na biblioteca, mas só cabiam uns 4 ou 5 na memória. No Yc já vem uns 10 Pianos tops na memória, então acho até melhor. Sem falar que quando a yamaha atualiza o firmware, os timbres são adicionados automaticamente, se a nord lançar um piano novo, vais ter que apagar um pra colocar ele...
