I met James outside Vamp'd in Vegas. Talked with him for about 45 mins; couldn't have been a nicer guy. Told me stories about coming up before White Lion, Zakk over Mustaine and Bratta, John Fogerty, bassists... he was so cool

At first I was really bummed about Dave Ellefson getting the boot from MEGADETH. Now, I believe James is the right choice. I'm stoked to hear what the current line-up brings to the next album!
