Thank you Dr. WS for point out the legal fact that GAMBIA is not qualify to be an accuser and not enough legal fact to file Myanmar. If the world media is failed to stand for truth and follow the trend and emotions we would not able to get the justice. Since Myanmar and Gambia not sharing the border and no any connections. How can Gambia file the case to Myanmar. I hope ICJ will make a fair judgement on this case to Myanmar.

Congrats and thank you Mr. William for your application to the court.You have done good enough by pointing out the flaws of accusation on Myanmar. The main impeachment i like most was that the misconduct of the army in Rakhine borders is not fallen within. the genocide defination but may fall in the ingredients of breach of humantarian right. It means Gambia on behalf of oic has no legal right to sue myanmar as against genocide convention.

He never denied that no killing happened in northern Rakhine. He and Myanmar leader didnt deny the killing in northern Rakhine. He claimed that this amount of incident happened cant be labeled as " Genocide ". Don't analyse the situation with too much emotion. Do it by analyzing with facts and figure from reliable sources. And please note that UN fact finding mission couldn't even defy the exact number of muslim killed in nortern Rakhine. They just estimated. UN FFM also couldnt prove the rape and burning activities. They just assumed by the medias. There is no reliable facts and number in UN FFM's hands. U have to accept this facts like or not.
