My black cat just died yesterday. He was an outdoor and indoor cat. But he sleeps inside our house and rarely goes out. He was ran over by a vehicle (definitely) but I didnt saw it happen. I was just so shocked when i saw him lying on the pavement in the middle of the road. I was only able to retrieve his colar. I was on my way out to buy them their cat food. I still cry up to today whenever I remember him knowing he's already gone. He's the first cat I pampered so so so much. He's my baby. I still want to see him. This needle felting is one way I can think of to still see him. I'm going to learn this one and hopefully will be able to see him again with this. His name is Bonyang. He's only 4 years old.

Wow, the decision to go from 6mm eyes to 8mm ones was an excellent one! It was realistic looking before but after it became almost lifelike! I'm an amateur needle felter myself and I learned a lot from this video. I never considered using wax to make very small fiddly bits more stable or sculptable but it's so smart! Genius! Also, if you can, can you tell what brand or kind of wool you used for the fur? Every time I try to make realistic fur by layering like that it ends up too puffy and the animal looks like a big puff ball :/ Thanks!
@yamanono3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for enjoying my video! The white hair is Corriedale and Merino. The pattern is merino, mohair and alpaca. I am using the one dyed in Japan. Try to make the size of the base smaller. After that, adjust the length of the hair to be transplanted. Try to express the short hair by pulling it out from the base without forcibly transplanting it.

This is insane. Its so realistic, the fur, furmarkings, the eyes, the wiskers, body posture...its just alive! I imagine to have a wool sculpture like this from my cat, who died 4 years ago... but, no. first: the skill and time you putting into this is worth more what I coul possibly afford. Not without robbing a bank, and I dont want to go to jail. Im egocentric like this. second: my cat who is living with me right now would freak out. third and most important: I would freak out. Repeatedly. Feeling haunted or something like this. Or bursting into tears every time I would look at it, and in time its maybe could get a bit to much. So, I will just adore your work from afar and please excuse my maybe weird sense of humor. Your work is stunning!

This is the most amazing thing I've seen today! The cat was so beautiful and extremely realistic. The attention to the minute details and the proportions are astounding. One would have to know the cat's anatomy and physique to accomplish this feat. I'm just speechless as I watched it being made. So unreal, yet very real. Wow...! I couldn't help but wonder what my cat would look like as a doll. Oh how I want one so badly! Amazing, amazing job! Well done!

i straight up thought it was gonna be one of those "15 world's smallest cats!" clickbait videos from the thumbnail cause it just looks like a shrunken down cat and I almost went past it till I read the title. absolutely amazing work, and you've got more patience in this one video than I've had my entire life lol
