The home is well- built. Given on a 72 kare, it looks like, all available space is used efficiently. It looks like good quality building materials was used. The beautiful lady who did the presentation did not describe type of flooring materials, (ceramics or marbles, window framing material steel or aluminum, roofing material tiles or tin roof). She did not describe numerical dimensions 0n the layouts of each room.
