About the Diavel, I'll explain it this way: SuperSport + Touring = Sport Touring (most commonly seen combo, along with standard cruisers.) SuperSport + Cruiser = Diavel DIAVEL = SPORT CRUISER, one of the first of it's kind, which is exactly why it baffles people trying to identify it

Damn... 2500 cc in the rocket 3... That's a bigger engine than 60% of the cars from europe have, actually none of the 5 cars i ever owned had such a big engine... The biggest i've had was 2200cc in a car..

I want a bike that can do 0-60mph in 2 seconds, wheelies in every gear, weighs about 175-80kg, seat height around 785mm, has a triple or a v4 engine, has no gadgets on it whatsoever, literally just lights, turn signals and a horn to pass the safety test, then a ultra light clutch on a cable, a throttle on a cable, it has responsive throttle feel where you only need tiny increments but it doesn't jerk about so it's linear but full on power linear, all the torque in the world, couldn't care less if it doesn't go over 100mph but it can cruise happily at 80mph and doesn't blow up or ring it's own bolts out the engine. Either a naked bike, a classic, or a scrambler style. Has ultra responsive feel coming from the tyres so you really know where it's limits are. The suspension is hard enough it doesn't bounce and soft enough so the bike doesn't bounce in the air lol If the Japanese can make me 1 of those it would be my bike for life! Now reading it back to myself I think I am describing a 300-400cc motorbike that has decent wheels, suspension, and brakes, and has a much better detuned engine in it, YEAH!! MAKE ME ONE!!!

I think the Honda Shadow 750 is a great bike. Easy to ride since it feels light and nimble for a cruiser. It is the perfect bike for the (adult) beginner rider who should be happy with it for several years. (It would be better if it had a 6th gear though.) A friend of mine bought one for his first bike and loved it. (I rode it several times too and I thought it was great.)
