I tried therapy before, and found it to be a waste of time. I simply had no idea what to even talk about. I have no idea how to talk about my feelings since I've had to bury them for so many years. Anymore, I just feel alone and dead inside. I couldn't even talk about what happened the previous week since the memory of what happens each day only lasts a couple days before it's overwritten, and I can't remember my past, other than bits of raw data. I have given up. All I focus on anymore is just surviving one day to the next.

To choose the good therapist you need to know them better, maybe the therapist that you have met was not the right one. The most important it's to not give up, good luck my friend don't give up.

I've never found therapy to be helpful. I recommend figuring out what's wrong with your life and fixing everything you can. Job, fitness, social, financial, living situation, whatever. Make your life better and you will feel better.

After the crap I'm experiencing at my workplace where the conditions are getting worse and seeing the people who I worked with for the last 7 years are quitting right now, I wouldn't mind getting borrowed by her. Honestly, I actually would love that. I would only have to grab my laptop where I store all the backups of my smartphone data and my hacked Xbox 360 since I love the old games.

I quit my toxic job a few months ago

@@Bluemoon30-06 My problem is currently that I would immediately need to get a new job quite quickly.. at least till the end of the year. I have like 4 houses and since I was too lazy, I bought a solar panel system for the newest house for like 12690$ where I pre paid 3690$ and the rest I'm now paying it off 1000$/month at American Express. The unemployment money we're getting in my country wouldn't be enough to cover everything. Honestly, it wasn't always that bad here. Im getting like 3700$ per month and the amount of work was quite normal for my position but as for now, I'm getting tons of work to do and a lot of things have changed. I'm mostly having to give everything that's left to the next shift or leave it for the next day

@@dreamlessking9 It's a long time investment which is better than cryptocurrency or buying some stupid NFTs. For example, I bought my first house for 116.357$ worth in currency used by my country. I bought it after taking a loan. In the end I ended up paying around 121.000$. It's already paid off since 2017 and I could sell that house for 325k $ but the prices are still keeping raising and it's kinda funny to travel from home to house while taking a couple weeks off 😅
