That’s is my opinion I like seeing showings of properties and sometimes the owners personal items can deflect a persons vision of the property is all I meant. The house is gorgeous Yandy! It's spacious and looks luxurious, definitely a home to grow in. I'm sure if you guys choose it, you all will redesign (some parts) and furnish it to make it suitable for all your needs. I do always say there's nothing liked a lived in space because that's what is real, but I agree the owner's should have tidy up more before showing. However, when you're moving things as many of us know get hectic and you can't always prioritize everything. I also want to say it is beautiful to see how the kids have grown. I remember watching you all when you were pregnant with Skylar on YT with all the love for Sha (hope he is doing well) and Omere getting crazy to the Anaconda song and Lil Mendeecees listen linda rendition. Rick Ross paid 5.8 million for it. Evander bought is for more than 14 million but it wouldn’t resell for half that. Bad investment.

I like this house you can definitely negotiate on the price. The owner is already has one foot the door. The upgrades are there. Double owner suite good for resale purpose. The privacy in the backyard and upgrades are another key factor over the 6 million dollar home.
