This is the most realistic and practical approach for Yang Style Taijiquan. I do not stand the pulling and pushing approach for self defense nor the magic Qi ball understanding of no touch Jin in which KZbin is crowded showing off magic powers.

這位師父以外家拳方式講解太極拳。而且他懂的門派也夠多，放在練太極的時間不會太多。前輩說太極十年不出門，衹是練習胯襠及聽勁，已夠花時間。陳鑫前輩說，妙手一著一太極，著著幻化歸污有。這位師父應該是在精武體育館很長時間，學會多家武術，但花在太極拳上的時間不會太多。
